Ailen Hotel

Thomas the owner was probably one of the friendliest hotel owners I have met. Helped us in more ways than one. booked all our tours for us, attended to our compliants instantly. Hot water heater not working, replaced by a brand new one the next day. I forgot my USD 100 deposit with him, he reminded me and returned me. Thumbs up !

Best about hotel is location becose on walking street is to noisy all night and if hotels have windows to street side, hard to sleep. This hotel is on popular place but little inside small street, so is not noisy.

Overall, it's good value for the money. Don't expect anything fancy, but the staff is nice and the location is great. Their slogan is that "we can make the best" and they delivered!

Clean and good room, helpful and nice staff, they sell tours, tickets.... Will stay here again.

Everything is wonderful. Staffs are supper friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean , ac , hot water, wifi ... are working well. Location is excellent, near Ben Thanh market, walking street, shopping malls, restaurants.... I had a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh city, definitely come back...
